Who the hell is Laure?
I am originally from France, I moved to Montreal to study business at Concordia University. Sports have always been a big part of my life, from growing up horse riding and playing tennis to then starting CrossFit and now finally discovering the exhilarating world of boxing right here at Boxxing Studio. Starting my journey as a sales associate, I fell in love with the energy of this studio. Inspired by the coaches on stage, I decided to become one myself. Now, I'm thrilled to teach in this fun and supportive environment. Let's lace up those gloves and make every workout a knockout experience together!
