Before you hit the bags or the circuit, we’ll get your body primed with a high-energy warmup designed to elevate your heart rate, activate key muscle groups, and get your mind in the game. Think mobility, dynamic movements, and light cardio — the perfect prep to crush your 8 rounds.

4 ROUNDS OF BOXXING:

Step up to the bag and bring the heat. These rounds are designed to test your cardio, rhythm, and punching precision. We’ll guide you through 4 structured boxing rounds focused on speed, power, and endurance — all synced to the beat. No experience needed — just bring the energy.


 

8 ROUNDS OF CIRCUIT:

Now hit the floor. From Assault bikes and battle ropes to benches and dumbbells — these rounds will challenge your strength, explosiveness, and grit. Each station targets a different muscle group or energy system to keep your body guessing and growing. It’s your full-body transformation, one round at a time.

COOLDOWN:

You’ve pushed your limits — now it’s time to recover. We’ll guide you through a cooldown to stretch key muscle groups, bring your heart rate down, and leave you feeling accomplished, recharged, and ready for the next one.
