Welcome to our brand new HIIT room — where the lights are low, the energy is high, and the workouts hit different. 💥

HIIT stands for High-Intensity Interval Training — a fast-paced, full-body training method that alternates bursts of effort with short rest. It’s built to burn fat, build muscle, and boost endurance — all in under an hour.

But here’s the best part: it’s for everyone. Whether you’re just getting started or already in beast mode, HIIT adapts to you. Every station has options, every class is coached, and every session leaves you feeling stronger than the last.

This is training with purpose. This is HIIT — Boxxing style. Let’s go. 🔥

WHAT TO EXPECT?

PRE-CLASS PREP:

Your coach will demo all 8 stations before class begins and offer variations for every fitness level. You’ll know exactly how to perform each movement safely and effectively before the timer starts.

WARMUP:

We’ll kick things off with a high-energy warmup designed to get your body primed and ready. Expect dynamic bodyweight movements and mobility work to fire up every major muscle group.


 

THE WORKOUT – 8 STATIONS:

You’ll rotate through 8 stations combining explosive HIIT movements and boxing-inspired intensity. From battle ropes and assault bikes to benches, dumbbells, and bodyweight challenges — this full-body workout is built to improve: Strength, Conditioning, Endurance, Core stability, Mental grit

Time to stretch it out. Our sole focus is to make sure you are getting an all-around amazing workout while staying safe and injury-free! We will finish every class with a dynamic stretch to flush out the lactic acid and slow down your heart rate. You will leave the room feeling inspired, motivated and ready to come back for your next BOXXING class!
