First half of the class:

The 6 first rounds we will be focused on boxing technique! Lights are on, we will practice the punches, defensive movements, feet placement and bag work! Our experienced trainers will have one on one time with each participant! This class is tailored for the absolute newbie to anyone that wants to improve their boxing technique. 

Second half of the class:

We will guide you through 5 rounds of the regular BOXXING class. Lights turn dark blue, it’s GO time!! Time to put everything we’ve learned to practice:  Get ready to put the 6 punches to work with fun combos including speed and power all on the beat of the music

WHAT TO EXPECT?

WARMUP:
Before we get to work, we’ll go through a 5 minute cardio-fueled warm up that will consist of bodyweight movements, shadowboxing and high energy music to wake up every muscle of your body and get you ready to hit the bag!
6 TECHNICAL BOXING ROUNDS:
Lights are on, we will practice the punches, defensive movements, feet placement and bag work!
5 rounds of boXxing:
Time to practice what we learned!! We will guide you through 5 rounds on our aqua bags punching to the beat! Get ready to put the 6 punches to work with fun combos including speed and power all on the beat of the music! Between each round, your instructor will lead you through an active recovery as if you were in the ring.

Time to stretch it out. Our sole focus is to make sure you are getting an all-around amazing workout while staying safe and injury-free! We will finish every class with a dynamic stretch to flush out the lactic acid and slow down your heart rate. You will leave the room feeling inspired, motivated and ready to come back for your next BOXXING class!
